The character of the landscape is best discovered by cycling along its network of paved roads that connect with two major multi-use trails, the Cataraqui Trail and the Kingston & Pembroke (K&P) Trail. This loop offers road cyclists a challenging ride north from Trenton, arching over Bay of Quinte through Hastings and Lennox and Addington Counties before connecting back to the Bay of Quinte in Napanee, with a return via Belleville.
This ride will take you on a tour of historic downtown Kingston, along the waterfront and to Wolfe Island for an afternoon at the beach. Starting at City Hall in Kingston, follow the scenic route along Kingston’s Waterfront Trail.
This cycling route provides a great tour of Prince Edward County, showcasing the scenic views, quiet countryside, and culinary and arts trails. It can easily be done in any direction, with a start and end in Picton, Bloomfield or Wellington.
This route starts and ends in Westport from Foley Mountain Conservation Area but can also start from the town centre or in Delta, home of the Historic Old Stone Mill. If cyclists are daring enough, they can start from Foley Mountain.

This cycling route will take you to Sandbanks Provincial Park from Picton town centre, but can also be connected to in Bloomfield. Sandbanks is a popular summer beach and camping destination.
